About the Space

My home offers a large open floor plan with high end modern finishes, lots of natural light, 18' ft ceilings with beautiful mid century arching beams, flat white walls. (living, kitchen, dining) room dimensions 30' x 42'. The main level master bedroom 17' x 22' has dark blue walls and warm tone heart pine flooring. The master bathroom 7' x 18' is done in white lime plaster with a large free standing tub & free standing faucet, floating vanities and modern black plumbing fixtures. Many plants and large cactuses on-site (moveable). Furniture and contents may be moved or arranged to fit your needs.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

David's house was amazing and better than expected! The vaulted ceilings, natural light and blank canvas is perfect for shooting at. We used one light set up to bounce off the ceiling, but really didn't need much. The host was so accommodating, flexible, and great with communication. We will definitely be back to shoot. I highly recommend this location.
