Beautiful old Los Angeles house, over 100 years old. Excellent for film and photo shoots. The space offered is a giant jungly backyard with an outdoor patio with table and chairs, an indoor room for staging, and private bathroom. Back shack can be used for indoor shoots - various colored paper backdrops offered at an additional cost. Lots of trees including various palms, monsteras, and succulent garden.

Space cleaned after every booking. Surfaces are wiped down and cleaning materials are also provided for guests. Plenty of ventilation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
