Located inside our Berries + Honey Charcuterie storefront, our bright and airy venue is perfect for intimate events of any kind. The 1,200 sq. ft. space features charming tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, two 8-ft tables, two cocktail tables, and a 20+ ft. counter. Stylish touches like a greenery wall, pink velvet couch, and cozy egg chair create a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by an open ceiling that keeps the space feeling spacious. A Bluetooth speaker is included for music, and on-site parking makes hosting easy. Outside vendors are welcome, with preferred vendor discounts available. *Please book your time for the total number of hours you would like access to the space. You must include set up and clean up time in your booking time. There is no additional access time for set up or clean up. **Optional Cleaning fee is automatically applied to peerspace bookings** Tours are available upon request. Tours must be scheduled and conducted during the hours of Wed-Fri 11am-5pm. Tours are not required to book.

Staff focuses largely on the cleanliness of the venue. Between rentals bathroom are cleaned and disinfected, all venue surfaces are wiped and disinfected, and doors are wiped and disinfected.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
