Casa Chino offers four secured parking spaces in the motorcourt -- two in the garage and two additional spaces outside. There is also ample free street parking along Chino Canyon Rd.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the property. •No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises during filming. • Respect Property: Production crews must respect the property, including all furnishings and decorations inside and out. Any damage will be the responsibility of the production company. • Noise Control: Maintain a noise level that doesn't disrupt neighbors or other residents in the area. Palm Springs has a very strict noise ordinance that is the responsibility of the production company to follow. Any fines incurred will be paid by the production company, and may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement. Parking: Four secured parking spaces in the motorcourt -- two in the garage and two additional outside. Additional street parking available along Chino Canyon Rd. Access Restrictions: Access to the garage and second floor of the home is restricted. Liability Insurance: Production company to provide liability insurance coverage for any accidents or damage that may occur during production. Clean-Up: Production company is responsible for cleaning up after the shoot and returning the property to its original condition. Hours of Operation: Normal production hours are between 7am and 10pm. Restroom Facilities: Production crew to only use the designated restroom and dressing rooms located on the pool deck. Catering and Craft Services: Catering and craft services to be set up in designated areas only and are to be cleaned at the end of each day of production. Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact information for the production company to be provided to both the property owner and property manager at least 48 hours before the start of production. Compliance with Laws: Production company to comply with all local laws and regulations, including all necessary permits associated with the production. Privacy: All individuals associated with production are to respect the privacy of our neighbors and will not infringe on their property or rights. Final Walkthrough: Property manager to conduct a walk through with representative of production company before and after filming to document any existing damage and ensure any issues are addressed.
