1600 square foot condo is ideal for small meetings and film shoots. Well designed on the inside with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area that opens to a private patio and large designer landscaped yard with plenty of seating in several sections. The front of the house has a well equipped office/ studio ideal for zoom calls, filming video casts, or small meetings. Off of the kitchen is a small "nook" that is an excellent room for taking calls as well. The garage is a fully equipped prototyping studio with desks, whiteboards and more.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
