The elegant 1794 manor house can be used during events with spaces that include a stunning bridal suite, curved staircase, balcony,entry and front porch. Large kitchen and other rooms available forprofessional photography sessions. Cabin on property houses living room, full kitchen, full bathroom and 1 bedroom that can be used during event for groom space or other use and rented for overnight stays. Fireside pavillion offers a indoor fireplace and cocktail nook alongside the courtyard with and arbor area ready for outdoor events. The courtyard slpace includes arbor with cornerstone from the 1st Jim Beam barn, has lighting and historic log cabin and well house which all provide gorgeous opportunities for events and photography. Exterior of the large event venue is white barn style with gray roof and 2 cupolas. The space is 4800 SF inside with exposed wood and elegant touches to include chandeliers, adjustable lighting and some sheer draping. Space includes prep and utility room that houses refrigerator, sink, microwave, on counter ice maker, beverage dispensers, first aid kit, cleaning, supplies and other items available for guest use. Mens and women's bathrooms are ADA compliant with double sinks, 3 stalls to include a handicap accessible stall and changing stations. Open event space includes photo areas, free standing bar, serving area, tv, 20 white round 6' tables, 5 6' white tables and 190 white chairs. Outdoor games available for guest use. Three sets of french doors lead to the 1800 SF attached porch has freestanding bar and lighting. Overlooks ceremony area (arbor and 20 12' benches), pond, pastureland, sunsets and is surrounded by woods. Serveral outdoor ceremony options. Slider doors can be opened to allow for additional tents to extend space for larger events. Property is optimal for photography, filming, weddings, festivals, banquets, celebrations, concerts, conferences, meetings and any other type of event.
