Our studio is equipped with a versatile setting to cater to various content production needs. From professional photography to engaging video shoots, podcasts, and more, our space is designed to inspire and enhance your creative process. Situated adjacent to Airport Fwy near Northeast Mall, our location is ideal. Our space benefits from ample natural light and bright overhead lighting. Booking Includes: - Bluetooth Speaker - All pictured furniture - Folding table (ask host) - Extension cords Parking: Plentiful parking is available directly in front of the space for your convenience. Refunds: Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking or no-shows are non-refundable. Additionally, any unused time will not be refunded, as the scheduled hours have been reserved and cannot be reallocated. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The venue space was clean and tidy when we made it. 4. The venue was spacious and had plenty of parking for our the guest. 5. She allow us to create what we imagined for her party. 10/10 recommend if you want to have a intimate party.

This was the perfect space for our Christmas party. It was spacious enough for games but small enough to be able to talk to everyone without having to shout across the room. It was clean and the Vella was so nice and prompt to answer any questions!!

Swanky Spaces is a very beautiful venue with a lot of character that you have to see in person to fully appreciate. I hosted my baby shower there and received many compliments on choosing such a nice space for the event. I would definitely book with them again and 100% recommend Swanky Spaces.

We had a beautiful Gender Reveal here and loved the space. It was clean, the owners were on top of it helping us with table set up when we arrived. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend this space if you are looking for any event to host!
