Affectionately known as the Château Bungalow because of the grape vines that bare fruit seasonally, the space is ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, intimate film screenings, art showcases, and more. Completely enclosed and gated property privately nestled on a corner lot in the neighboring communities of Inglewood/Westchester. There is an outdoor kitchen, patio seating, and lush landscaping for entertaining, the attached garage has been lovingly converted into a studio for an ideal indoor bonus space. Pergola and hanging lights throughout the backyard for summer night celebrations. Great morning and afternoon light with tall hedges that create a nice backdrop for portraits or any other photoshoots.

If requested, guests can have an extra 30 minutes after the event to complete the breakdown and clean up at no extra charge. Guest must clean up all trash. Guest with lost decorations can pay a cleaning fee for the host to take down if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
