About the Space

This stunning Mid Century Modern home is perfect for photo and video shoots as well as a venue for any kind of party. An outstanding example of early California Modernism. The home is sited above a gently sloping valley with magnificent views of both Mt. Ceytano and the Topa Topa mountain range. Extensive, high quality built-ins, hardware and tile were all preserved, while concrete floors and new stainless steel appliances complement the original design and provide a seamless continuity from past to present. A thoughtful, L-shape layout separates the public rooms from the private bedroom wing, which includes one large, ensuite bedroom with bath along with two other bedrooms that share a full bath. Deep, broad eaves with Piloti amplify the usable space while creating a shaded surround to the entire structure. The generous grounds with mature trees offers privacy and space. The grand driveway leads to an oversized two car garage and elegant motor court. This home is located near the end of a private road in an enclave of mid-century houses.
