General Rules

No Smoking Inside the Building: Please refrain from smoking within the premises. Considerate Noise Levels: Kindly assist us in fostering a harmonious neighborhood environment by minimizing noise disturbances. Rental Duration: We reserve the right to be present on-site for the entire rental period or a portion thereof. Waste Management: There are no on-site garbage or recycling facilities available at this time. We kindly request that you make arrangements to remove all waste upon the conclusion of your rental. Respect for Art Studio: This space primarily functions as an art studio for the artist. We kindly ask that you refrain from touching any artwork displayed on the walls. Protection of Projection Wall: The projection wall is of a delicate nature, rated at level 5. For this reason, it is strictly prohibited to hang, tape, lean, or attach anything, other than light, to this wall. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have 2 Security Cameras in the room on the wall, it is easy to see and it could be turned off if needed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

We clean the studio regularly to keep it safe and tidy for our guests. We use effective cleaning products, provide hand sanitizers, and encourage guests to clean up after themselves. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we've added extra safety measures. If you have any questions or special requests about our cleaning, please feel free to ask. Your safety is important to us.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
