About the Space
Our space is flexible and has several welcoming zones. With our exposed brick it offers a warmth and exquisite pics. We incorporated a kitchenette area, a fireplace seating area, an office area, and a 75 inch smart TV lounging zone along with two additional seating spaces. It can be used for photo/film shoots, meeting spaces, poetry readings, gatherings, networking events, yoga classes and just about anything else that needs a great ambiance. The loft's versatility knows no bounds. Whether you're an artist, production team, entrepreneur, event planner, or wellness advocate, we welcome your dreams and aspirations with open arms. With its prime location in the Bronx, its rustic industrial design, and adaptable spaces, this loft is the urban chameleon, transforming effortlessly to suit your unique needs and desires.

Parking description
We do not have private parking. But you can park on the sidewalk close to the entrance to unload. However, you may not leave your vehicle there the entire time.
General Rules
🚭 No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, firearms, or open flames are prohibited.
🍱 Outside food welcome -
🔪 Minimal kitchen supplies are available on-site - Please arrange to bring your own table setting, flatware, serving dishes, serving utensils, cups, wine keys, napkins, etc.
🍻🍾Alcohol is allowed for Events with Prior Approval - However, alcohol cannot be sold on the premises under any circumstances whatsoever. If any monetary transactions for alcohol take place, your booking is subject to immediate cancellation with no remaining time in your booking. If at any point alcohol consumption becomes excessive to the point that our staff deems it hazardous to the space or your guests, your booking is subject to immediate cancellation with no refund for the remaining time for your booking. Posted Up and its respective owners/employees are not liable for any actions of guests as a result of alcohol consumption on the property. By continuing with your booking and agreeing to these rules, you accept full liability for yourself and your guests.
🪑Furniture Etiquette - Have a blast arranging the furniture, but please lift pieces do not drag across our wonderful wood floor and please don’t forget to place furniture back to its original zone. Please do not stand on furniture.

⏰ Overtime Rules - Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5x our stated hourly rate.
🧹Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Please take great care with our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be carefully removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
🌛Late Night Bookings - If your booking lasts beyond 10pm or before 6 am - let’s chat about it!

Yes, we do have security cameras however, we do not record audio or still images.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Beauty isn't just aesthetics, it's cleanliness. We have a clean team that comes in between every booking to ensure the space is cleaned and sanitized between bookings. We have four air purifiers to ensure the air is also cleaned. We have a detailed process to maintain the cleanliness of the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
