Our space is flexible and has several welcoming zones. With our exposed brick it offers a warmth and exquisite pics. We incorporated a kitchenette area, a fireplace seating area, an office area, and a 75 inch smart TV lounging zone along with two additional seating spaces. It can be used for photo/film shoots, meeting spaces, poetry readings, gatherings, networking events, yoga classes and just about anything else that needs a great ambiance. The loft's versatility knows no bounds. Whether you're an artist, production team, entrepreneur, event planner, or wellness advocate, we welcome your dreams and aspirations with open arms. With its prime location in the Bronx, its rustic industrial design, and adaptable spaces, this loft is the urban chameleon, transforming effortlessly to suit your unique needs and desires.

Beauty isn't just aesthetics, it's cleanliness. We have a clean team that comes in between every booking to ensure the space is cleaned and sanitized between bookings. We have four air purifiers to ensure the air is also cleaned. We have a detailed process to maintain the cleanliness of the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
