You can take advantage of our free on-site parking. There is also two-hour paid parking in the street surrounding the studio. Please refer to the signage.

Our staff will be able to set the RGB lighting to your brand with the click of a button! - The lighting is controlled via iPad and networked DMX.

The studio has been constructed with acoustic insulation inside the walls, acoustic panels on the walls, as well as acoustic treatment on the ceiling. - When using our radio quality podcast microphones, the audio recording sounds the same as you'd expect from a commercial radio studio!

Ground Floor

The studio opens up onto a deck and then into our courtyard/driveway. - The driveway can fit trucks - There is 3 steps to go up onto the deck.

Green room. There is live feeds from the studio, snacks, drinks, bathroom and shower facilities, space for makeup.

All of the electrical, audio, video, and lighting systems will be controlled by our staff supporting your booking. - In the unlikely event there is an issue, our staff will be there to assist.

House Rules for Renting our Studio Space: 1. Respect the Space: Treat the studio with care and respect. Avoid damaging any equipment, furniture, or fixtures. Report any accidental damages or issues to the studio management immediately. 2. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your rental period. Please clean up after yourself, including disposing of any trash or personal belongings. Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. 3. No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the studio. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, candles, or any other items that may pose a fire hazard. Please utilize designated outdoor smoking areas if available. 4. Authorized Access Only: Only individuals who have been granted permission or are part of the rental agreement are allowed inside the studio. Do not bring any unauthorized guests or visitors without prior approval. 5. Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are other ongoing sessions or rentals in neighboring areas. Keep music, conversations, and any noise-producing activities at a reasonable volume to ensure a peaceful environment for all. 6. Equipment and Gear: Properly handle and utilize the provided equipment and gear. Follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the studio staff. Return all borrowed items in the same condition as they were received. 7. Studio Hours: Respect the designated studio hours as outlined in the rental agreement. Arrive and depart within the agreed-upon time frame to avoid inconveniencing other renters or conflicting with studio operations. 8. Security and Safety: Adhere to all security measures in place, such as locking doors and windows when leaving the studio. In case of emergencies, familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. 9. Parking and Access: Follow any parking guidelines provided by the studio. Respect designated parking areas and ensure that vehicles do not obstruct pathways or other vehicles. 10. Communication and Cooperation: Maintain open and respectful communication with the studio management and staff. If you encounter any issues or have specific requests, kindly address them promptly and professionally. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or future rental restrictions. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and conducive environment for all studio users.
