This venue has a stage! We offer a private chef , videographer, photagrapher & sound tech, if needed! You are allowed to use sound gear. 410 has a white labeled podcast room as well. The venue has Excellent sound, and is Great for listening party's, Band rehearsal space, Private dinner , Music video's, Cooperate meetings, Church Services and more! room can be flipped to fit any Occassion. parking can be negotiated. this venue space seats 35-50 people. we are equipped with 3 tv monitors around the room with dmi access. we have a full size kitchen with stove as well! if a vip room is needed as well, we can accommodate! We even offer bar access upon request! book today!!

Venue is cleaned after each event. Mop is provided, trash attendant is available if needed. Host Is required to clean up all things out of the normal usage, Meaning, confetti, rose, petals, or anything out of the norm of cleaning if guest spill drinks, guest are required to clean that up. WE WILL CHARGE AN EXTRA $200 is VOMIT 🤮 IS PRESENT.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
