This house is both humble and gracious. Set on a quiet street yet close to amenities in a location that lends itself to neighborhood strolls and friendly hellos. The large, open front porch has room to gather and enjoy the casual neighborhood vibe. The front entry opens to a vaulted staircase that lends a sense of formality. The downstairs has an open floor plan that allows for easy conversation between the well-supplied kitchen and the formal dining area, which seats up to 10 people. The living room is open to the dining room with enough seating for about 6 to 8 people. Off of the dining room are large French doors that open out to a deck rimmed by a large wisteria and opens out to a private backyard surrounded by mature trees and bushes.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
