This Studio is a full ranch style single family home that sits on 1.17 acres. Located near the airport; it is designed to fulfill any needs a photographer or a videographer has in mind. This Home includes: - Full Master Bed&Bath - Full Living&Dining room - Full Chef's Kitchen - Two Large Decks Overlooking 1.17 acres of land for any events or activities - Industrial Style black out room - Backdrop room for headshots and family pictures Although primarily a studio, our space is also offered for other purposes such as events, meetings, and more. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host was very accommodating and the space was amazing! It has a lot of natural lighting and bright white artificial LED ceiling lights that mimic daylight.

Amazing communication and the host answered all of my questions. Just note there were no paper towels in the home. So you will need your own. Very beautiful but it was a little smaller than I anticipated but Christian would've provided video or allowed you to see the space prior but that's my personal lack of due diligence. Otherwise a beautiful property.
