MDC Music Studios offers abundant on-site parking with free access, available both behind and around the building for the convenience of visitors and clients.

General Rules

Booking and Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance through our reservation system. Payment is required prior to your session start time; no exceptions. Timely Arrival: Arrive promptly to maximize your allocated session time. Early access may incur additional charges. Equipment Usage: Only use approved equipment within the Live Room. Seek pre-approval for any additional gear. Noise Control: Maintain reasonable noise levels to respect neighboring studios and common areas. Cleanliness: Leave the Live Room in the same condition as you found it. Clean up equipment, personal items, and any mess created during your session. Security Measures: Follow security protocols, including badge access and supervision, for the safety of all occupants. Food and Drinks: Consume food and drinks only in designated areas. Dispose of trash properly. Equipment Care: Treat studio equipment with care and report any malfunctions or damage immediately. Custom Lighting: You are welcome to customize the lighting, but please reset it to the default setting after your session. Podcast and Video Production: Utilize the space for podcast and BTS video production, but adhere to all guidelines and equipment usage rules.

Security cameras and recording devices

MDC Music Studios prioritizes security and guest access, boasting a comprehensive surveillance system with cameras and advanced security measures. Additionally, we offer the possibility of sharing behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage upon request. Your safety and experience are our top concerns.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

At the Live Room in MDC Music Studio, cleanliness is paramount to maintain a professional and inspiring environment for creative endeavors. Our rigorous cleaning process begins with a thorough pre-session inspection to ensure that the room is in optimal condition before each user's arrival. During your session, we require clients to take responsibility for cleaning up any mess generated, returning equipment to its designated locations, and disposing of trash properly. This includes comprehensive equipment sanitization and maintaining a clutter-free workspace. Our team conducts a final post-session inspection to verify that the Live Room is left in a clean, organized, and creative-ready state for the next user's experience.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
