At the Live Room in MDC Music Studio, cleanliness is paramount to maintain a professional and inspiring environment for creative endeavors. Our rigorous cleaning process begins with a thorough pre-session inspection to ensure that the room is in optimal condition before each user's arrival. During your session, we require clients to take responsibility for cleaning up any mess generated, returning equipment to its designated locations, and disposing of trash properly. This includes comprehensive equipment sanitization and maintaining a clutter-free workspace. Our team conducts a final post-session inspection to verify that the Live Room is left in a clean, organized, and creative-ready state for the next user's experience.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
