Parking description
Beautiful studio venue with wide open space, pastel pallet, open ceilings, light wood floors and sparkling chandeliers. The four chandeliers provide an elegant touch and large windows offer an abundance of natural lighting.
Perfect venue for a baby shower, wedding shower, Child's Birthday Party, Speaking Engagements, Smash Cake Photoshoot, and Private Parties.
Rental includes use of private restroom, four 6 foot folding tables, 10 adult size white chiavari chairs, 2 6ft children's tables an 20 children's white chiavari chairs, 2 white benches and attendant in space the duration of event.
General Rules
No smoking in or around the building.
Nothing can be attached to walls or ceilings.
Outside vendors are allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Two 24 hr security video cameras on property located in front lobby and main event space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and disinfected between every event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
