This 1914 Mediterranean Revival home is a locally designated historical landmark that includes an expansive outdoor patio and detached carriage/guest house. The outdoor area has been featured on the cover of Better Home & Gardens. And the indoors have been utilized for numerous photo/video shoots for various global brands including McDonalds, Mrs. Meyers, Fellowes, Bankers Box, O-Cedar, and numerous more. The home has been renovated over the years to include modern conveniences while still maintaining its architectural heritage. In fact, the home was just awarded a Architectural Detail award by the governing historical society.
