About the Space

We have 3 Classroom spaces, Small, Medium, and Large with Martial Arts Mats on the floors. The small and medium is on the first floor, and the large room is on the lower level with walk out to the parking lot. The Mats can also come up for a nice banquet or seminar setting. There are two restrooms on each floor, a shower room on the upper floor. The upper floor has a beautiful floating floor under the mats, the lower level has old style tiles under the mats. Largest one is 1520 Sq Ft. Upstairs has a sound system. Alexa is provided on both floors. Rental is for only one classroom space for the price listed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our martial arts students must use our foot sanitizing stations before walking on the mat barefooted for training. We do not allow our students to wear street shoes on our mats. Our guests can wear shoes because we clean the floors immediately after use. We have sanitizer dispensers through out the building. Our facility is cleaned every night at closing.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
