Welcome to Old Roseville's best little secret - House Divided - Speakeasy This small to mid sized group venue is a perfect spot for private events to include parties, retirements, sales and business gatherings, holiday parties, engagements, surprise events, tastings... the options are endless. Reminder* This is 1920s-30s prohibition style speakeasy with a curated menu of over 30 craft cocktails and mocktails which rotates seasonally. Ordering a drink takes a little time and care but is worth it! As that is the case there are 2 bartenders that come with the event with a service fee. Feel free to bring in your own food and event decoration ideas. Please ask me about our preferred catering vendors as well as ballon and photo booth vendors A 3 hour event minimum (Hourly Rate) A flat fee for two bartenders $200 for the duration of the event (Tipping still encouraged) Bar minimum of $600 (comes out to about 40-45 drinks) FYI there are Draft Beer and no TVs in the establishment

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
