Pre-Lit 30' x 30' Cyc Wall: Ideal for seamless backgrounds, this corner cyc wall is pre-lit and ready for your project. Sound-Treated: The studio is sound-treated, making it perfect for dialogue-heavy scenes or audio-sensitive productions. Flexibility & Space: The stage can accommodate up to 3 large sets built from flats, with ample space for full set builds. Easy Access: Drive your grip truck or broadcast van directly onto the studio floor through a 12’ x 12’ load door. Total Blackout: The ceiling and walls are outfitted with flat black sound treatment and paint, ensuring a total blackout when the house lights are off. Additional Amenities: Climate Control: Central AC and heat to ensure comfort during any production. Restrooms & Green Room: Two restrooms and a green room for talent, offering convenience and comfort on set.
