We offer a large bright open space with a full service coffee bar. There's over 40 parking spots and easy load in for your next production. We'd love to host your next film/photo production - filmed interview, podcast, video shoot, music video, photo shoot, etc. Space Details: • 50 chairs • 50 parking spots • 2 bathrooms • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed • Front Customer entrance • Backdoor load in/load out entrance • Concrete floors, industrial ceilings • Kitchen with PREP area, no cooking on site • Bluetooth speakers usable for event • Dogs welcome You can rent out just the space or also have the coffee bar stay open for your event :)

We are a fairly large wide open space and the construction is brand new.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
