This space is within a 1200 square foot professional office which will be occupied by one or two employees. The 350 SF conference room will be for your exclusive use and the main office area will be available to you as shared space. There is a bathroom on site and coffee is available. This is a great space for team meetings, real estate closings, interviews, or any type of small professional meeting. The area has many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The complex/marketplace has a large courtyard with seating as well. There are plenty of options for breaktime without the need for driving.

The office is cleaned daily and the available conference room is cleaned and disinfected after every use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
