About the Space

A large, clean, updated, private conference room with a conference table, 2 desks, a lounge area with a sofa, loveseat and a mounted smart TV. This space is within a 1200 square foot professional office which will be occupied by one or two employees. The 350 SF conference room will be for your exclusive use and the main office area will be available to you as shared space. There is a bathroom on site and coffee is available. This is a great space for team meetings, real estate closings, interviews, or any type of small professional meeting. The area has many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The complex/marketplace has a large courtyard with seating as well. There are plenty of options for breaktime without the need for driving.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

  • Hand Sanitizer
