This 1,200 sq ft space offers a dynamic elegant and chic aesthetic with eye-popping furniture pieces, great for all types of events. With private access to a contemporary outdoor space of about 1500 sq ft, this venue offers a tranquil setting, making it perfect for a variety of event types. Whether you're hosting a baby shower, birthday party, gender reveal, small wedding, photo/video shoot, talk show, and/or podcast; our versatile space can accommodate your needs. Amenities: onsite parking, restrooms, Wi-Fi, round tables, rectangle tables, cocktail tables, chairs, TV, Bluetooth speaker. MORE INFO: ***The manager is always on-premises and can answer any questions during your event. SAME-DAY TIME EXTENSION Editing or extending the reservation during the event will be charged at a 1.5x rate & subject to availability. RESPONSIBILITY *Important* Please remember that as the host of the event, you are responsible for every guest who enters the property during your booking. You are responsible for ensuring all guests follow the rules and that the space is left in the condition it was found. SETUP & TAKEDOWN TIME Please consider setup time when booking, as we do not guarantee setup time outside of the secured time frame. There may be another booking scheduled before or after your event. You are responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs. If you would like the Chateau 5135 to set up, there's an additional fee of $150.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
