Northwest Modern in Hewett Park Estates: a restored 1967 case study of 2021 elegance. Situated on a 17,900 square foot lot the architecture soars in the trees of Portland's West Hills. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

This is a rare find in Portland!!! Such a beautiful home with endless spaces to shoot in, both indoor & outdoor. There’s tons of natural light, beautiful furniture and decor, and so many beautiful backdrops with character and uniqueness. Amy is such an accommodating and generous host, and truly makes you feel at home. 10/10 recommend!

Everything about this place was fantastic, from the host to the actual space. This was a very production friendly and helpful environment with extra touches thrown in. The lighting, open rooms and high ceilings also make for a beautiful location with many options.
