It also features an outdoor patio space. Situated in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, we offer unique choices: you can select our spacious canvas or create your personalized size space using any of our available spaces. Whether it’s a wedding, a fitness session, or any other event, we’re here to cater to your needs. Amenities include natural light, commercial space, overhead lighting, a lobby area or lounge space, private parking or street parking, Wi-Fi, street-level access, and restrooms. Uses include events, special events, athletic events, weddings, private dinner parties, small gatherings, celebrations, birthday parties, trainings, fundraisers, holiday parties, bridal showers, receptions, launch parties, product launches, pop-ups, film/video shoots, photo shoots, commercials, podcasts, interviews, product shoots, content creation, social media, YouTube filming, TikTok videos, blogging, movies, audio recordings, and more.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
