About the Space
We have large spaces..living, dining, bedroom, office, bathroom, screened porch. The house is just under 5,000 square feet with loads of entertaining type spaces, both interior and exterior. The home was built in the mid-1800's as a farmhouse..no cooling, no bathrooms, with a sleeping porch for the hot nights. The home was completely remodeled in the 1950's, and remodeled again around 2000. The property is now in a quiet subdivision, down from the original 4700 acres. There is a cemetary across the street with graves of early inhabitants of the house, as well as horses of previous owners. The exterior has a colonial feel.

The home is cleaned regularly, as well as between guests. One owner is a health care professional and sensitive to hygiene.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
