The home is within a newly built community. It is both family friendly and suitable for individuals . I4 the main gateway to popular tourist destinations and local gems is just minutes away! This beautiful home is a 2 story , 3 bedroom 2 .5 bath with an open concept living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has large island with barstools .The decor is modern and up to date . The home is perfect for content creators who are looking for a setting that provides a blend of home like vibes with vacation feels. If you’re looking to do a photo shoot, cook book , content creating , make up tutorials, hair tutorials, and so much more the space provides the opportunity to do so. There is an also an adult size pool table in an area where it would be great to film a pod cast for discussions . After utilizing the home itself feel free to indulge in the amenities of the community which include a resort style pool and miniature golf (these areas are not approved for filming ) however they are available for peer space bookies to use during booked hours for leisure .
