About the Space
Beautiful space to host a meeting, a party, a photo shoot, a seminar, a mixer, a dinner — you name it. Old world fountain, large fire pit with seating, outdoor dining set with umbrella, hot tub, outdoor shower, full kitchen. This new construction guest house and courtyard garden are located behind my home, The Filice House, a historic landmark Tudor in San Jose's Rose Garden neighborhood. The space is sun-filled and indoor-outdoor. The guest house has two walls of large sliding glass doors that open all the way, transforming it into a pergola. 1.5 miles to SAP Center, 2 miles to Santa Clara University, 1.5 miles to Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall (Eataly, Apple store, etc.), 0.5 miles to the historic Municipal Rose Garden.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Host was incredibly responsive, flexible, and just so easy to work with. The space itself was perfect for an outdoor, intimate birthday party, and the location itself was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place and the host!
