- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Amazing as always. This is my second time booking this location and I have nothing but good remarks for the space as well as the home owners. Steve was extremely helpful and understanding and Stephanie was very quick to respond to any questions or comments I had. I will for sure keep them in mind for future bookings.

This space was great to use as always. I have used this specific location 3 time now and I have absolutely no complaints. The home owners were extremely helpful and responsive, and space was designed and kept very clean and tidy.

The hosts, Stephanie and Steve, were more than accommodating. We had so many questions leading up to our event and they were always quick to answer. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The house was absolutely beautiful, perfectly furnished with what we needed, and was exactly what we envisioned for the party. I can't say enough about the hosts and how friendly and nice they were to work with!

Beautiful home and host was very responsive and easy to work with. We used the space for commercial purposes, and everything was exactly as advertised. We had to extend the rental another hour on the day of the event, and they gladly worked with us with no issues. Would definitely work with them again, and would recommend to others.

Stephanie & Steve were amazing! We were looking to host our baby shower and had a last minute cancellation at a previous venue. Stephanie and Steve were sooo accommodating to help us with our last minute scramble. Their home was perfect, just as its photographed! The chef's kitchen was great for our caterers and the backyard was ideal to host our 35 guests! I would definitely recommend and intend on using again for our next big event!

This property is extremely well put together and is a gorgeous home. My team and I conducted a video production shoot and were able to utilize the backyard and living room spaces. I have no complaints whatsoever and the home owners, Steven and Stephanie, were extremely welcoming and helpful.
