Please read prior to booking: We currently require an 8-hour booking minimum for your event needs. This includes set-up and breakdown needed to ensure your event is seamless. Our 5,000 square foot venue is the perfect place to host grand celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, corporate events, holiday parties, and more with a stunning view. Based on our 150 guest capacity, rates vary for weekend dates and times as follows: Friday or Sunday AM: The rate is $312/hr from 7am to 3pm. Friday or Sunday PM: The rate is $437/hr from 3pm to 1am. Saturday AM: The rate is $375/hr from 7am to 3pm. Saturday PM: The rate is $562/hr from 3pm to 1am. (additional fees, and/or taxes will apply during checkout) Events include tables and seating for the first 100 guests, based on availability. More furniture is available in our add-on section. If you would like to bring your own alcoholic beverages, we do have a corkage fee that you can add to your listing below. In case of Rain or Bad Weather: The interior room is reserved on popular booking days.

Our space is cleaned daily and we maintain many cleaning tools on site for the reach of any guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
