About the Space
Our place is 3/4 of an acre, very private and only about 10 minutes away from downtown Tampa. We have 2 "sections" one is our mini park with lots of Bamboo, little trails, a super cozy Barn for rent with an outdoor shower with outdoor Barbecue and a gas fire place with sun sails. The other one is our pool area with a hot tub and huge sun deck with a Gazebo and outdoor kitchen. The Terrace with the sectional has now a permanent Roof, so you will be protected from Rain or Sun. The Bar is our newest addition it comes with a fridge and sink, the shelf will be empty, so you can bring your own drinks. Also you can hangout under our huge gran oak tree or on a big grass area. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool and an outdoor bathroom with shower as well. Alcohol is allowed. Follow us on Instagram for more pics @eventa813

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Absolutely amazing place!! Highly recommend it! Stefan is an amazing host as well. Absolutely beautiful seating… great details … super clean and the lights at night are incredible. Everyone was super impressed with the place. We will definitely be back!!

If you are looking for paradise, you will find it here! We had a small wedding and every one of our guests marveled at how gorgeous the venue was. The host responded to every message timely and was so helpful for setup and clean up. I would book this again and again in the future. You will not be disappointed! TEN STARS!!

Amazing place! This was perfect for our photoshoot. Such a warm and pleasant setting with comfortable vibes. The model loved it! Stefan is an incredible host, could not have been more helpful and servicing. Highly recommend!

Stefan's space is an absolute dream, and he is the most wonderful, flexible, and easy-to-work-with host! He was very communicative before the booking and let us come tour the space beforehand. We had our engagement party here with about 30-40 people and it comfortably fit everyone. I could not recommend this space more, we had the absolute best time!

Let’s start with WOW! This hidden jewel was top tier. All of my guest enjoyed the area. The pool was perfect. The host, Stefan was amazing from the moment I booked. Stefan reached out to me for a pre party tour. He remained available when needed during the party but wasn’t hovering at all. I would certainly book again and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a beautiful pool location with a resort style feel.
