Available per week, day, half day for photo and film productions. We can provide up to 70 chairs in theater style and we have up to (9) 6x2.5 heavy duty tables. We can fit up to 40 people on chairs and tables or we can offer the studio empty as well if needed. Also included is a large TV, a projector and screen, ultra fast wifi service, white board, flip chart, a professional sound system and a (4) mic system if you need it. We can also provide, flip chart paper pads, photo lighting equipment, a set of 6 adjustable party wall washer lights, seamless backdrop paper and up to 13 clothing racks for additional fees. We are conveniently located only two blocks from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and 4 blocks from Penn Station. There is time limited street parking and several parking garages near our studio. Outside catering is allowed and there are many coffee shops, catering services and restaurants in our area. Our flexible photo/film studio is one of the most beautiful and affordable available in Manhattan, and it will help you to shine and impress even the most sophisticated clients and guests. Studio facts: • Multiple meeting and shooting areas with 11.5 ft ceilings • The studio has about 2,400 sq. ft usable space • Projector & screen, sound system, and fast wifi internet, TV, white board, flip chart, mic system • Kitchen with refrigerator, water cooler, microwave and coffee maker; private bathrooms within the studio and 2 large conference rooms for break out meetings. • Ultra wide 144" backdrop system with white , gray , black paper ($45 per 10' sheet), 2 large V-flat, 3 C-Stands included • Photo-equipment rentals are also available for $150, please see equipment list below, however please communicate to us what you need 3 days before your rental because not all equipment is stored at the studio. Find below the equipment list included for a $150 rental fee: - (4) Westcott FJ400 AC & battery powered mono-lights: 400 W/s - Octagon soft boxes ; 5′ Octa & 7' Octa - Gridded soft boxes: 1'×5'; 1'×5'; 2'x3' - Reflectors (4) - 2 Umbrellas, - 2 Westcott trigger systems - (5) c-stand and (5) heavy duty light stand Extra charge for the following: - every 10' swipe of (12' /144") ultra wide seamless paper in black, gray or white is $45 extra. You are more than welcome to bring your own gear, of course.

Health and Safety Measures

We charge a $79 cleaning fees for most events but the cleaning fee for parties is $250

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
