HeartLab is a unique event space in San Francisco. Our mission is to co-create events and communities that promote awareness and growth, foster deep connection with ourselves and others, in furtherance of personal to global healing. Our space is one large room, over 1000 square feet, so perfect for workshops and retreats, groups, concerts, talks, yoga, dance events, cuddle parties, photoshoots - the possibilities are endless! Closing Procedure: Vacuum/clean floor (unless you really didn’t do anything to it) Please empty the recycling and trash by bringing both to the bings outside the front door behind the curtains. (Please put curtain over trash cans and face openings away from street, or people will reach through the front gate to put things in them). Please replace with a clean compost bag. Put everything back where it was (photos are on the last pages of this doc) Turn off all lights and led candles. Turn off all heaters and fans. Close any windows that you opened. Put key back in lockbox, and make sure it’s actually locked. Put padlock on gate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
