2401 Yale is a no-smoking building.  Smoking is not allowed in the building or gardens.  Smoking is only permitted at the north end of the parking lot or at the street side of the parking lot. All trash from this must be disposed of properly and not left in the parking lot. 2401 Yale Building is a non-smoking building.  Smoking is restricted to outside locations only. Please remove any trash with food in it each day to the trash in the bathroom or to the outside dumpster.  No animals of any kind, other than temporary use by a disabled visitor or a certified service animal, are permitted in the building. TENANT agrees to protect the floors in the building.  TENANT understands that failure to protect the floors could lead to claims for damages.  Placing excessive weight, or locating plants without sufficient protection underneath, on the floors may lead to damage to the floors for which the TENANT will be responsible. There is a security system for the building and TENANT must provide LANDLORD with names and individual access codes for all those designated by TENANT to have access to the building. In the event that any of his contractors’ agents, visitors or invitees, related to TENANT allows a false alarm to occur TENANT shall pay any fees incurred from such alarm triggering. Alarm codes may not be shared. Each individual that TENANT allows to have access to the building must have their own code issued by a representative of 2401 Yale Properties LLC. OCCASIONAL overnight vehicle parking is permitted ONLY with landlord PRIOR approval.
