Part of the area is a salon and spa and the other part is in an apartment. The salon space is very open is mainly brick interior has a lot of unique pieces such as doors large door fronts used as a divider from one space to the other. Lots of natural light throughout the building first floor and apartment very roomy and airy. Have 8 x 8 sunlight in both the spa and the apartment. Has a cool archway combining the two buildings on the first floor. Could be a great space for an event, baby shower, bridal shower, networking event or party. Space can hold roughly 100 people.
