The ranch is just off of the main Highway, so is easily accessible, but feels remote. It gets great sun all day, and has amazing views. Main House: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath Outdoor Shower Horseshoes Hot Tub Barn Studio/1br open floor plan 1/2 bath (shower + toilet) Trailers - 2 vintage trailers with cute interiors + 1 airstream (see photos) Both houses have great light, A/C+Heating and wifi, and can be used for Hair & Makeup/Wardrobe or client areas. Rental includes full use of entire 5 acre property.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
