About the Space

Photoshoots, video shoots, private chef dinners, cooking classes, executive meetings, commercials, open spaces, luxury furniture, very high end kitchen with all Miele appliances. The backyard is stunning, both during daytime and evening. Atmosphere very similar to a high end boutique hotel. Double living rooms, with two very different looks. One is an all white, very large living room with a wrap around Restoration Hardward "cloud" couch. The kitchen is modern and open, a lot of white. The dining room is cozy with a couch bench, grey and blue hues. The subdivision is beautiful, the street is quaint and immaculate. 6970 square foot lot - both indoor & outdoor can be booked. Home is 3400 square feet.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
