Floor to ceiling windows provide exceptional natural light, bathroom, kitchenette, bar table and stools, Bose sound system, WiFi, dark wood flooring, moveable curtains, rolling tables, mini-fridge, 8' folding tables and chairs, and track lighting are all included this space. The space is available for hosting events up to ~30 people seated and ~45 people standing. Perfect for intimate events like baby showers, birthday parties, and social gatherings. Because it is on the ground level, this space is also easy for pop-up stores and retail for the foot traffic that passes by this area. With professional Profoto lights and different colored photography backdrops, this space offers a unique bonus for event guests to take professional photos during your event. With a wireless trigger and live-view monitor, our photo set up allows everyone to take photos of themselves during the event. All digital files will be sent to guests after their event.
