Featuring plenty of natural light & cement floors, our 800 square feet studio is stocked with equipment to bring all of your creative ideas to fruition. From backdrops for lifestyle photos (or videos), to a large conference style table to host company meetings, the Annex studios is here to provide you with materials to flawlessly execute your endless ideas. Our space is cleaned and prepped prior and after every booking to ensure it is ready for next bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
