About the Space
The space is gorgeous southern California indoor/outdoor living space with fully retractable doors for lots of natural light indoors and exquisite landscaping outdoors with a beautiful pool, luscious foliage, firepit and outdoor bbq. The space can be easily arranged for photo shoots, cooking/home living branding, small events and social meetups.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
We have one dining room table and bar inside (seats 10) and we have two 8 foot tables and 20 chairs for rental (with tablecloths) that are party rental style and one 8 ft round wood table with 8 chairs with umbrella stand in middle.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Throughout the entire process, Lex was communicative and accommodating to our needs, and even set aside time for a walk-through of the space. The guests enjoyed the space, given the freedom to enjoy the sunny outdoors (w/ the pool) or step inside the living room (common area) for some cooling. Overall, the space was an amazing find!

Absolutely an amazing place to shoot. Lex was very good with communication and making sure I had everything I needed before my photoshoot. Parking was great for the amount of people I had. I will definitely shoot here again!!

The space is like a hidden gem. Every part of the place is so well thought out, that using it as a photoshoot space was a treat. The pool and jacuzzi were lit with beautiful ambient lights and torches, greenery all around, and a gorgeous fire pit. Just a perfect spot for any type of photoshoot. As far as the hosts goes, you can’t find anyone better. Very communicative, and instantly told me situations that they were in the process of repairing and may not be ready in time - and still went out of their way to get it fixed before our booking. Greeted us warmly, and gave us a tour of everything and set the space up to how I want before leaving. It’s like having a private concierge. Just the perfect experience. Definitely will use this space again.
