Modern Home near Division Street Step into our fully furnished, modern home, ideally situated on a tranquil residential street, just three blocks away from the bustling Division Street. This is no ordinary house; it's a sanctuary meticulously designed for comfort and style. When we're not traveling, this is our family home, and we're excited to share it with you. Light-Filled Spaces: Experience the joy of light-filled rooms that create a welcoming ambiance from sunrise to sunset. Expansive Covered Deck: Whether it's rain or shine, the large covered deck off the kitchen provides an all-seasons retreat for relaxation or outdoor dining. Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the home, our fully stocked kitchen boasts a 12-foot island, perfect for preparing meals and seating for casual dining. Ideal Location: You're just a short stroll away from Division Street, home to an array of popular restaurants and boutique shopping. The basement has a separate entrance and is rented out to others. Please do not disturb them! Contact us today to secure your dates and discover the comfort and convenience of staying with us. Please note. We do live in the home and the upstairs will be NOT be part of the rental. We will make the downstairs space available to you clear of our personal belongings.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
