We offer a versatile space that includes a comfortable couch, ideal for relaxation or as a stylish prop, a functional desk for editing and organizing your work, and a pristine white backdrop that is perfect for capturing a variety of looks and styles. One of the key advantages of our studio is its location. Conveniently situated in Yonkers, we offer easy access to parking, ensuring that your equipment and props can be loaded and unloaded without any hassle. Additionally, we're just a stone's throw away from major highways, making it a breeze to reach us from anywhere in the region. - TV with HDMI ports - Couch - Desk • One pull of the white backdrop is included and will be pre-set for your session. (The part of paper on the floor will show foot prints) • No lighting equipment is provided. You’re welcome to bring your own. • Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate. • Please do not tamper with the backdrop or pull additional paper — doing so will result in a $30 fee. • The paper on the floor may show footprints due to use. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
