About the Space
Emmerse yourself in a unique Topanga Treehouse cliffside compound. A sprawling Mid Century grouping a beautiful structures and spaces lin led by a series of outdoor decks and patios. The main living room is a glass room flanked by endless views of the Santa Monica Mountains that has a dining table that sits 8 and a comfy living space w a sofa and mid century classic chairs. The main deck has a sofa, 2 chairs and a large umbrella for shade. Our guest cabin is a unique space that has its own private deck w sofa and custom built in counter height picnic table w redwood sunshade. We have a lower property play area that has a sofa and an outdoor ping pong table.

Parking description
We have 3 driveways.. A large driveway that is gated that can hold 4 cars.. A front driveway that fits 2 cars.. a dirt spot that holds 1 car... There is also a free dirt parking lot about 250 yards up the hill that can hold up to 10 cars (No overnight parking allowed)
General Rules

Security cameras and recording devices
Nest door cam that can be disabled if needed. They are on but can be turned off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our house is cleaned using non toxic earth friendly products.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
