Located in the Baker neighborhood, our studio is a cozy yet trendy oasis right next to bustling Broadway. With warm, sprung wood floors and 2 available studio spaces, our building has 1960s charm and an intriguing layout with a longer entrance hallway. Five minutes from the Santa Fe Art District, the Mayan Landmark Theatre, and a short drive from Cherry Creek and the i-25/6th Avenue exit. Our location is convenient not only for Central Denver but also for the surrounding suburbs.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
