Wifi: Haus of Palo Password: palospalace Bluetooth speaker is called EDIFER (just plug in to turn on) GENERAL RULES: * No open flames or candles in the studio * Filming outside of, in front of, and around the studio and in the common areas is strictly prohibited * Renter agrees to comply with local/federal laws. Upon Leaving: Renter is expected to dispose of trash in the designated receptacles and leave the studio as it appeared upon entry. Renter agrees to disinfect and return yoga props to their designated areas and roll up mats/fold blankets after use. Renter agrees to turn off and unplug all electronics if used (AC unit, lights, salt lamp, star lamp, speaker, etc.) Failure to do so may result in a $50 fee. LOCK DOOR PLACE KEY BACK IN THE LOCKBOX AND SCRAMBLE THE CODE Studio must be locked and checked when time has completed, and the key must be returned to the lockbox if used to unlock the studio. Misplacement of the key and failure to return the key to the lockbox will result in a $200 replacement fee. Renter is entirely responsible for ensuring their booking is completed in a timely manner to ensure the day(s) and time(s) they wish to reserve are available. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be given if the renter decides not to utilize the space during the designated rental time and does not cancel on time. Renter agrees to comply with local/federal laws. Renter to provide proof of liability insurance before using the space. Renter may receive a code to the lockbox prior to their designated rental time slot in order to let themselves in the studio. Alternatively, the studio owners may be present during the designated rental time slot and the door will be unlocked.
