Welcome to The Gallery 🎨 and come this space from a whole new angle! This space is bold with burst of colors, Vintage touches, Art deco styles, and Rome inspirations. It includes a .3 acre backyard, 20 ft ceilings, 15 ft windows, amazing natural lighting throughout, and unique artwork. We are perfect for a multitude of all your event space needs including baby showers, birthdays, bridal/engagement/groomsmen events, brunch, and private dinners. Our neighborhood is very quiet and woodsy and works great for indoor and outdoor activities. Indoors is a total of 1980 sq ft, including 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms available for add ons. We can accommodate events but have strict rules against house parties! Additional fees will be incurred for additional guests, excessive cleaning, spaces used not included in reservation and overtime. You only have access to: -1st floor living room -Dining room -Kitchen -Half bathroom -Laundry room (ALL other spaces including outdoors, bedrooms, loft and 2nd floor access are for additional fees and will be charged if used) Space includes: -Wifi -65-in TV with theatre surround sound -Alexa echo -Free parking -Full kitchen -

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
