About the Space
Comfortable, cozy brewery tasting room, licensed (craft beer, wine, spirits, cider and coolers), with food options (Pizza, pretzels, samosas, snacks) . Seating for 60+ with addition seating in a connected room that can be closed off. Great venue for music acts, Karaoke, or comedy. Works as a meeting space or audition space. TVs in the front bar area and a back room with a large projector screen and seating for 25. This space is available for: - Events / Special Events - Birthday Parties - Family Reunions - Holiday Party - Bridal Shower - Baby Shower - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Greg was a fantastic host. We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday here and we had a great time. The space is very cozy and spacious and there’s lots of parking. Perfect place for private events. Also, their beer selection was 👍🏼

Wonderful venue with a great atmosphere. There are good food and drink options for guests to purchase at a very reasonable price and they were flexible about bringing in outside food - like desserts and snacks which helped us accommodate for dietary restrictions. Our guest greatly enjoyed the boardgame library on site and they have high quality speakers for music and karaoke. Greg was consistently responsive during the planning process and the staff on site for the event were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this venue as a unique "one stop shop" option for hosting a private event at a very reasonable price in the Vancouver area.

I loved the space ambiance, layout, decor, and the pool table! Booked the smaller separate room in the back for a small Halloween party and we had a lot of fun. The only problem was that we couldn't connect to their speaker and play our own music, but with the door closed we had a comfortable volume for the main room's music and the selection was good. Bathrooms were clean, and the staff were nice
