Wellness-Ready Atmosphere The space easily transforms into a serene wellness studio with color-adjustable ambient LED lighting, a full mirrored wall, and enhanced sound control—ideal for yoga, sound baths, or movement workshops. Private Therapy Room (available as an add-on) Perfect for one-on-one consultations, bodywork sessions, or breakout appointments. Guest-Friendly Kitchenette Enjoy a welcoming refreshment station featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker, complimentary snacks, and Berkey-filtered water. Accessibility & Convenience Ground-floor, ADA-compliant restroom and easy access to outdoor grassy areas—great for breakout sessions, photoshoots, or breathwork in nature. CAPACITY: Classroom: 25–40 guests Total venue: Up to 50 guests BOOKINGS & FEES: All bookings are subject to owner approval to ensure the best fit for your event. Cleaning fee: $75 for up to 25 guests. Additional $75 applies for groups over 25 or when food is served. Private therapy room available for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
